About Our Refund Policy
1.We Accept Returns Within 30 Days.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Luckyisnowpurchase. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days. But we only accept 100% brand new products for return. We will not accept returns of any kind if you have already used it. Please view our complete return policy for full instructions.
In general, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of any returned items.
2. How do I return?
Get in touch with our customer service ([email protected]) representative by sending an email, and the customer needs to explain the returned product and the reason for the return in the email.
a. Put the item into the box and seal it well.
b. Go to your local post office to send your package.
c. Once we receive the package, we will get in touch with you. Refund or exchange your product according to our Returns and Exchanges Conditions.
3. Return Conditions
You have 30 days to decide if the item is right for you. Of course, if you feel dissatisfied or inappropriate, you can contact us within 30 days and return the product.
a. Returned items must be in their original unused condition. We do not accept returned merchandise that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
b. Please be sure to contact us before returning, we do not accept returns that you send back without first checking with us.
c. We do not accept packages returned by customers using C.O.D service.
d.Returns are not accepted for the following items:
①clearance items
②underwear and accessories: masks, eye masks, covers, bras, underwear
③customized items
4. Method of Refund:
We will refund your original payment method. That is to say, if you pay with PayPal, will refund to your PayPal, usually the PayPal refund can arrive within 1 hour.
5. Defective Product
If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact a customer service ([email protected]) representative within 7 working days. We will do refund and replacement service for you.
